SHIPPING POLICY
This policy explains how and when we dispatch orders placed with Maison London.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 7 to 14 business days
- Ireland: 7 to 16 business days
- Rest of world: 10 to 21 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer during sale periods, public holidays, or because of carrier or customs delays outside our control.
Where We Ship From
Maison London works with international manufacturing and fulfilment partners. Depending on the item and stock availability, your order may be shipped from a warehouse outside the United Kingdom. This is why our delivery estimates are longer than a domestic-only retailer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown in full at checkout before you pay. Any optional upgrades, such as faster handling, are presented as clearly labelled choices that you must actively select. We do not add shipping charges after an order is placed.
Split Deliveries
If you order several items they may arrive separately and on different dates. You will not be charged extra for a split delivery.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Incorrect Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully. If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we can resend it once you have covered the reshipping cost.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we will either resend your order or issue a full refund.
