TRACK YOUR ORDER

To track your order, please have your order number ready and email us at [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL]. We usually reply within 24 to 48 hours.

How tracking works

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for the first tracking update to appear. Tracking information is provided by the carrier and can occasionally take a little longer to refresh.

If your tracking has not updated

If there has been no movement on your tracking for more than 7 days, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Missing your confirmation email?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it is not there, email us and we will resend it to you.
